Description

Vietnam’s largest fruit producer, Tiền Giang province, has renovated and built irrigation works to secure water for farming in 2021. Accordingly, the province has spent more than VNĐ 134 billion (US$ 5.8 million). The irrigation works secure irrigation water for approx. 172,000 ha of farming areas; in the meantime, they also aim to prevent saline intrusion and floods.
