In an interview conducted by Nhan Dan Online, the Special Envoy for Water Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands Henk Ovink stated that smart and appropriate response would be the solutions to the Mekong Delta’s challenges of flooding, drought, salinization, water pollution, and land subsidence. This behavior would help residents live with the challenges and turn them into opportunities and make the delta more sustainable, resilient, and prosperous.
