Nguyen Hung Thinh, deputy head of the Vietnam Environment Administration, said that the evaluation and severity of environmental concern must be forecasted and emphasized in the draft documents which are submitted to the 13th National Party Congress. He stated that the national development orientations for the 2021-30 period referred to in the draft Party Congress documents only focus on land management without solutions to pollution management and environmental protection and response.
