Description

Vice president of Hà Nội, Nguyễn Trọng Đông, has signed a document assigning tasks and responsibilities across sectors to implement urgent solutions to solid waste management. One highlight is the waste fee will be collected according to waste volume or mass. Responsible implementation institutions are the Department of Natural Resources and Environment (DONRE), Department of Construction (DOC), Department of Finance (DIF), Department of Industry and Trade (DOIT), and the City Police.
