That is a statement of Prime Minister (PM) Phạm Minh Chính’s keynote speech on 1st November at the 26th UN Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP26) in Glasgow, Scotland from 31.10.-12.11.2021 (COP26). Specifically, under the advantages of renewable energy, Vietnam will develop and carry out strong measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions with the country’s resources. Additionally, with support in technology transfer and finance from the international community to implement Paris Agreement, Vietnam will make effort to achieve “net zero” by 2050.
