Description

The Vietnam Environmental Administration (VEA) under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MONRE) completed a review on the overall 48 technical regulations (QCVN) on environment including 12 regulations on the quality of the surrounding environment and 36 regulations on waste management and treatment. VEA recommended modifying and supplementing 25 technical regulations, which will replace the old 48 technical regulations and developed six new technical regulations, which are stipulated in the Law on Environmental Protection 2020.
