That is the statement of Tạ Đình Thi, Director General of the Việt Nam Administration of Seas and Islands (VASI) under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, at a virtual meeting of environmental officials from Vietnam, Germany, Ecuador and Ghana on 31 March 2021.
